fua negua is a short movie created in march 2010 by maximilian kutzer / max vegas & tim glaser (auteurs). it follows the inspiration within a c(o)urse about cinematic possession at the university of constance under the guidance of prof. albert kümmel-schnur.

it is a meta mash up between mash-uped web-published (e.g. youtube) flicks, digital copies of movies and own-filmed material (on miniDV), in which the world of possessed flicks is crashed into a flicker collision with an interviewed point of view, a brief close-up at mr. heinz baumgartner – who’s a film projectionist in the zebra cinema (take a look at zebra-kino.de/ !), a small, but superb art and underground cinema in constance at the lake of constance, southern germany – under the visual influence of a flickering cinematic screen.

all of the flicker frequencies, so the whole precision-cut in detail, is oriented towards the dream machine, a visual idea, concept & construction by the great brion gysin.

this short movie has never been accepted in the small number of submissions towards film festivals, e.g. the berlinale 2011. so, fuck these festivals, and let the flick(er) be freed and gripped, whereto they belong – into the freedom of mind, perception, your reception and into the world wide web. feel free to share, copy and comment. feel free to discuss. and fuck off copyright – just copy right.

(the interview and most parts of the used movies are in (often dubbed) german language. please excuse this. when the time is ripe, we will provide english subtitles.)
